GST will be displayed or applied as indicated during the purchasing process.

Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

Pricing or product information contains an obvious error.
We cannot reasonably arrange delivery to the nominated location.
We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
A product has been incorrectly listed or described.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount.

Ownership of goods does not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full, to the extent permitted by law.

Where compatibility is important, customers should provide the relevant forklift make, model and serial number before ordering.

Bathurst Forklifts is not responsible for incorrect product selection by the customer where accurate product information was provided, subject always to rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Installation and Use

Products must be installed, operated and maintained appropriately and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements.

Where a product requires professional installation, electrical work, mechanical work or other specialised work, it should be carried out by a suitably qualified person.

Website Use

You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, access restricted areas without authorisation or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Website content, including text, graphics, logos and other materials owned by Bathurst Forklifts, must not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
